“Springless”
ICE CREAM
SCOOP/DISHER/DIPPER
. This was quality old school USA-made of nickel plate over solid
brass
with wood Handle. It is size “20” and what’s unusual about this scoop is that it is “Springless” and can be operated with either the RH or LH. Introduced around 1927.

MEASUREMENTS
: Approx. 10” long with a size 20 (2-3/16” dia.) cup.
CONDITION
: Operates as intended (stops about a 1/4” from the top of bowl on either side); tight crack on handle and on reverse neck of body (as seen in photos); shows plating wear and wear to wooden painted handle. Please
